Each travel journal is printed especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Lulu. Because every order is made individually, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

 

Clear photos of the damage or printing problem

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

🚫 Change-of-Mind or Customization Requests

Since every journal is produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Change-of-mind cancellations

 

Design or content preferences

 

Typographical errors approved in your submitted order ( Wrong address given by customer )

Please double-check your information and shipping details before placing your order.

📦 Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with Lulu and the shipping carrier to locate your order or send a replacement when eligible.
