Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. No physical item will be sent for digital purchases.

Each travel journal is printed and shipped through our trusted print partner, Lulu.

 

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Europe and North America.  

 

 

Shipping Times: Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note:

Each order is printed individually and this usually takes 3-5 business days.

Lulu’s global printing network ensures that your journal is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your destination

whenever possible.

Tracking Information: Tracking is available for most orders, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Some

Customs, Duties & Taxes: We work with multiple printing partners around the world. Whenever possible, your order will be printed

and shipped from a facility close to your delivery address (USA, UK, Europe, or Canada).

However, some products may be printed in another country if local facilities cannot fulfill the exact specifications.

Most additional taxes or import fees are already included in the shipping cost at checkout. Books are often exempt from customs

duties due to their type or value.

In some cases, customers may still be responsible for additional import fees, taxes, or delivery charges when receiving their order.

These situations are uncommon but depend on your country’s customs regulations.

If any such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
