Each travel journal is printed especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Lulu.
Because every order is made individually, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
 

🧾 Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage or printing problem

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

🚫 Change-of-Mind or Customization Requests

Since every journal is produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change-of-mind cancellations

• Design or content preferences

• Typographical errors approved in your submitted order ( Wrong address given by customer )

Please double-check your information and shipping details before placing your order.

 

📦 Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with Lulu and the shipping carrier to locate your order or send a replacement when eligible.

Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order quantity, and chosen shipping method.
Lulu’s global printing network ensures that your journal is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your destination whenever possible.

 

Tracking Information: Tracking is available for most orders, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Some economy or standard shipping options may offer limited tracking updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: We work with multiple printing partners around the world. Whenever possible, your order will be printed and shipped from a facility close to your delivery address (USA, UK, Europe, or Canada).

However, some products may be printed in another country if local facilities cannot fulfill the exact specifications.

Most additional taxes or import fees are already included in the shipping cost at checkout. Books are often exempt from customs duties due to their type or value.

In some cases, customers may still be responsible for additional import fees, taxes, or delivery charges when receiving their order. These situations are uncommon but depend on your country’s customs regulations.

If any such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
